Shipping & In Store Pick Up Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
In Store Pick Up Orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible. You will be notified by email when your order is ready and available for pick up. All orders will be held for 3 months. If your order is not picked up within 3 months, the order will be cancelled and refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.
Preorders will only be processed and shipped upon the release of all items in the order. In order to receive preorders as they are released, place separate orders for all items. This does not apply to in store pick up orders. Afterglow Books can not guarantee items will arrive by release date and is not responsible for publisher and distributor delays. Release dates are subject to change.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@afterglowbooksco.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
Order Changes & Cancellations Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing.
