Frustrated? Angry? Grieving? Tense? Walk with us through Erie County Forest as we meditate and provide movement to prepare our bodies to release it all. Through collective vocal expression (screaming) we will let it all out while building connection and community. Unprecedented times call for an unprecedented release.
