Flow & Glow Series III

We have teamed up with Calm Coalition to provide a unique reading experience. Ground yourself with nature as you experience a 45 minute yoga flow in the park. Clear your mind as we follow this up with a 45 minute silent reading session. 

Where: Mang Park, 425 Mang Ave, Kenmore, NY

When: Tuesdays, July 7 - September 8 at 6:30 PM

Bring your own yoga mat, water and book (and whatever else you might want). Feel free to bring a lawn chair to read in, if reading on your mat is not ideal for you!
